From Olympic stadiums and World Championship arenas to courtrooms, hurricane zones, football pitches, and community streets, his work has captured triumph, tragedy, resilience, and history as it unfolded.

Beginning his professional journey in technology as a web application programmer at The Gleaner Company, Gladstone successfully transitioned into visual journalism, building a reputation for capturing moments of significance with authenticity, technical excellence, and emotional depth.

His unique background bridges the worlds of technology, editorial leadership, and creative execution, allowing him to approach storytelling with both precision and perspective.

Why I Do This

The camera has taken me into Olympic stadiums, community streets, courtrooms, and moments of celebration and sorrow. It has introduced me to extraordinary people and allowed me to witness history as it unfolded.

But beyond the headlines and the accolades, what continues to inspire me is the responsibility that comes with visual storytelling - the opportunity to preserve truth, honour humanity, and ensure that moments of significance are not forgotten.

After more than two decades, I still approach every assignment with the same curiosity and sense of purpose that first drew me to this profession.
